Movida FAQ

  • Movida adapts to the equipment you have at home.

  • All workouts are under 28 minutes. Most are 15–25 minutes, so you can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

  • Your plan will be based on your needs, schedule, and what you can handle. We’ll start where you are and build from there.

  • You get expert-programmed workouts from me, and the camera coaches your form in real time—so you know what to fix while you’re doing it.

  • Both. You get live cues during the set, and after the workout you can replay every rep and see your scores.

  • Your plan is 4 workouts/week for 4 weeks = 16 workouts. Complete your 16 workouts in 30 days and you’re covered by the guarantee.

    Focus Tracks are optional add-on days (bonus work). If you do them, they count as extra—not required.

  • Movida is built to be joint-friendly and adjustable. If something doesn’t feel good, you can swap the exercise and keep training pain-free while the camera helps clean up form. If you have a medical condition or sharp/new pain, check with your doctor first.

  • No. Movida uses Kemtai’s healthcare-ready motion tracking (HIPAA-compliant) to guide your exercise.

  • That’s okay. Your plan can be adapted to your ability level. We can start with chair-based movement and build from there.
