    Do I HAVE to own a resistance band?

    No. A band is recommended because it improves results and makes movements more joint-friendly, but you can still start without one. If you don’t have a band, request swaps and we’ll modify your plan.

  • All workouts are under 28 minutes. Most are 15–25 minutes, so you can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.

  • This is a 4-day/week program. Focus Tracks are optional add-on days if you want extra work for knees, shoulders, balance, core, etc.

  • You get expert-programmed workouts from me, and the camera coaches your form in real time—so you know what to fix while you’re doing it.

  • Both. You get live cues during the set, and after the workout you can replay every rep and see your scores.

  • Focus Tracks are optional Support Sessions—short add-on days that help with things like knees, shoulders, balance, core strength, Pilates-style control, or travel-friendly training.

  • Movida is built to be joint-friendly and adjustable. If something doesn’t feel good, you can swap the exercise and keep training pain-free while the camera helps clean up form. If you have a medical condition or sharp/new pain, check with your doctor first.
